about me 7-3:30.. i though we have the policy to go come and go when we like.. but you have to work your weekly hours.. like.. i come at 7 and go at 3.30.. if i come earlier i can go earlier, if i come late i have to work later.. as long as i do my work and have my weekly hours complete it is fine.. i work 38,5 hours a week.. sometimes a bit more sometimes a bit less.. at the end of the year i am not suppose to have minus or over time  |

I have a regular workday, but I work from home. I thought it would give me more time for my kids, but there's a lot of work, too. I have a babysitter to help me. And I was sometimes worried about that, but I understand that it's necessary.
