possible to exchange part of flowers

o, I am new on this forum.
I am interesting in flowers. I like flowers and I like to share of them.
 I was wondering if it is possible to exchange part of flowers (young ones or seed) from different part of the world.
What do you think about that?

I don't know how import rules are arranged for different countries. I know that there are a lot of countries that don't let flora- and agricultural seeds in.

We will have to inquire per country how this is arranged.
